Getting Started

How to begin.

Find a quiet space if you can — or simply put on headphones and let the noise around you fade. There is no required posture: sitting, lying down, walking, even commuting all work. The voice does the work.

Sessions on our channel range from five minutes to eight hours. Short sessions are best for daily anchoring; longer ones are designed for sleep, deep practice, or ambient background calm. Headphones are recommended for most sessions and required for any meditation using binaural beats — the effect depends on stereo separation between the two ears.
